We work very hard to ensure our customer’s satisfaction. Tell others and come again! However, if you are not satisfied for whatever reason with your transaction please allow us a reasonable chance to resolve any issue that you may have. Your comments and criticism are always welcome.
We offer a 7 day returns policy on items on items not required, as after 7 days we will assume that the item is satisfactory and any requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all return postage and packing charges at their expense.
For all faulty items on receipt, you must inform us within 7 days via the Contact us tab or phone, where we will then advise of the returns procedure. Faulty items should be returned within 7 days of informing us of the fault at the buyer’s expense. Once received and confirmed the item is faulty we will refund or replace.
If an incorrect item has been received – one which has been sent in error we will cover minimal return costs usually second class if another method is used we will only cover the minimal cost of return.
